Returns Policy

It is of paramount importance to us that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you believe that the item that you have received is faulty, please contact us at banushpack@gmail.com to discuss your order further.

Easy 14 day return policy

We have an easy 14 day return policy in which we will offer a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  • You must return the item to us at the following address within 14 days of it arriving with you: Banushpack, Unit 7a, 101 Lower Anchor Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0AU
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels. We do not offer refunds for items that have been used.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If the item is damaged during transit, or is faulty, depending on your preference, we will either replace the item, or issue a refund to the payment method that was used to make the initial purchase.

Once your return is received, we will immediately send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then inspect the return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request within 48 hours of receipt.

If you request a refund and it is approved, it will be processed and the money will be credited to the payment method from which the payment was processed. The time it will take for you to receive your funds depends on your bank and payment method.

If you request a replacement of your item and it is approved, we will aim to ship your replacement within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation

We permit order cancellations and full refunds in cases where the items have not been dispatched at the time of the cancellation request. Please contact us via email to request a cancellation of your order. In cases where the cancellation request has been made after your order has been dispatched, you will be required to post the item back to us within 14 days of your receiving it, and we will refund you. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must return the item to us within 14 days of it arriving with you:

Posting your return to us

To return your product, please first email us at banushpack@gmail.com to inform us that you would like to return your item and for what reason. 

Then take the following steps to complete the return.

  • Post your return to us at the following address: BanushPack, Unit 7a, 101 Lower Anchor Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0AU within 14 days of receiving it.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For the return of your item, we would recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. For reasons outside of our control, we can’t always guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Notes

  • Please note that we do not accept returns on any “sale” or discounted items, unless faulty or otherwise entitled to a retur
  • We do not offer refunds for cases where customers have changed their minds, however we can offer store credit to the amount of the value of the item in these cases.
  • All styles and sizes are available until sold out and we may not always be able to replace the item you have returned with the same style and/ or size that as the original item you have purchased
  • Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices listed on the website are accurate, it is possible for errors to occur. Any information we provide in the relation to the availability of products/ services is a guide only and is subject to change without notice. We will not be liable for any lack of availability of products that have been ordered through the website. If we discover an error, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order or cancelling it and we will refund you.
